PAYMENT

Deposit: to confirm your reservation, we will need the total amount or a deposit equal to 30% of total amount due to be made within 72 hours of booking (please follow up with confirmation email). In the event we don’t receive the deposit within the allotted time, we will cancel the booking.

Balance: the balance is due in cash upon check in.

 

CHECK IN/OUT

Check in time is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm

Check out time is 10:00am.

We may accommodate different times, please inquire during the booking process.

 

IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS

Upon check in we will need to log ID information for each of the guests as required by law.

 

BREAKFAST

Breakfast will be directly in your suite

 

CANCELLATION

Booking cancellation must be communicated in writing.

Penalties

  • 30 days before check in: no penalty
  • 29 days to 20 days before check in: 30% of deposit
  • 19 days to 5 days before check in: 50% of deposit
  • 4 days before check in: 100% of deposit
